Enjoy the convenience of a Pilates class in your own home! Designed for clients who have their own equipment but need a little direction. Allow me to guide you through a 1 hour pre-programmed Pilates workout designed to meet your specific goals. We can curate your workout to include whatever equipment you have ranging from a reformer/cadillac, EXO chair, TRX straps, hand weights, barre to even providing self care through stretching or myofascial release with a foam roller & trigger point ball.
